Equally important, our reports are available to you immediately following the inspection of your prospective property. We offer two types of inspection reports. A computer generated report with digital pictures, which we confidentially store for you to view when ever you want for five years. All you will need is a “username” and “password” which we provide. After you log in to view your report the first time you will have the opportunity to change your “username” and “password” to something easier for you to remember. The other type of report is a comprehensive, easy to read check off, narrative, four copy matrix report, which includes a Home Tips Manual to help keep your home operating optimally for years to come.

We ask that you be present during the inspection of the property. This will allow us an opportunity to not only show you the location of the main shut-offs for fuel, electric, and water, but also to personally point out defects or problems that we may encounter.

And finally, Colorado Peace of Mind home inspectors will always welcome the opportunity to discuss the findings of our report with you, as well as answer any questions you may have.
